Snow, Snow, Snow

The boys of the house working on a snowman!

The somewhat finished product.
Rexton checking out the snowman the next morning in his PJs.
Well we finally got a little bit of snow. And immediately the kids just had to go and play in it. They built their first (pathetic looking) snowman (first for the year not first in their life I mean that would be just so sad if they had never built a snowman until now. And then the next day it snowed more and the snowman becamed the leaning tower of pisa (sp?) snowman. No really though it was a cute snowman and they did do a good job and they had a ton of fun. I mean check out Crayton in those awesome snow pants they are so warm and toasty and Rexton in his snowabellbeach hat. That just kept his ears nice and warm. I mean seriously where are the kids mother and father? Do they not know it is cold and snowy? Yeah we do need to aquire a little bit better snow attire and we do have some but do they chose to where it? NO> Anyway as long as they are having fun.

Christmas Tree, Oh Christmas Tree

Here are our two Christmas trees. They are not by any means fantastic but they sure bring in the spirit of Christmas. My kids had a lot of fun helping me decorate. They are all at such fun ages, especially for Christmas time. One tree is real and one is an impostor. Can you tell? I kind of have a hard time. :)

The Kids

This was a typical night at home. The kids running around causing mayhem. In every picture I tried to take of Crayton, he thought he had to be a buck. In one its a 3 by 5 in another its a 4 by 5, etc. He is a funny kid. My boys sure do have a lot of fun together. They are always dressing up in this or that and playing around. They are constantly making a mess and destroying things but so goes with a basement full of boys. Then there is sweet little Elsie who sits quietly and cute playing with her toys.(yes that is plastic you see in her hand and no I don't always let her play with plastic bags full of pulled out of the container baby wipes, but she was having fun and I watched her the whole time and then took it away) :) I just love this stage where they are not yet mobile but have such interacting personalities. Oh and yes she looks a little different, She doesn't have her cute little curl but oh still so darling. Thank goodness her hair is finally starting to come in good. I'm excited too because it looks like it is going to be pretty thick. (Hopefully)!

Hello Pink!!

Here is Elsie's Room complete. Well almost complete. I still have a few things here and there that need to be done but overall I think it turned out darling. I did all the painting myself and it seemed like it took me forever. It is really pink but I love it. Some might consider it somewhat like the inside of a peptobismol bottle but not I. I love it! My mom made the awesome quilt that is hanging on the wall. She is so talented. Anyway it is so fun to have a cute girly room in the house and thought some of you might like to see the pictures. Ta Ta for now!!

Seattle Fun!!

Me thinking I might die!
Could have been last photo!
Elise and her really cute coat!
Wade packing Elsie around the city!

Wade & I took a fun trip to Seattle last week. We had a fabulous time. We were able to spend time with my great, and marvelous friend Tami and her husband. We had a blast. Tami's husband is a pilot so he took us flying around the City. It was fun but completely scary and I thought at some point I was going to die. Not that Trevor is a bad pilot, because his not he is excellent. It was the fact that the plane was ancient and the inside smelled like the mortuary I used to work at. But I survived!! I was totally freak out to go but once we landed I realized it was a lot of fun and I would definitely do it again. We also went to the Jazz and Sonics game at the Key Arena. That was a lot of fun. Elsie was a gem the entire time. All in all we had a great get away!

Finally I respond!!

Here I go with the whole tagged thing

1. I love to make up ridiculous songs to strange weird tunes and sing them on peoples answering machines. (of course I usually know the people) They are just short little tid bits of my own creation. I am especially good at birth day songs.

2. I am a picker, (not of my nose, well sometimes) but of zits. I know that sounds strange but I just love it. Especially little blackheads. I just love to watch them erupt like tiny little volcanoes. So I pretty much will pick on anyone if they will let me. Well not anyone I kind of have to care about them just a little. But yeah I'm a picker if it needs to be picked I'll pick it. (hope your not too grossed out)

3. I love to read so therefore, I do not do it that often. Why? you may ask, because I become obsessed. I have no self control. If I have a good book to read, I neglect all else. The children run rampant, the house becomes unlivable, and we all starve. But I still read and love it. Which brings me to the next thing I have no self control over.

4. FOOD! I just love food and love to eat. Eat anything, anytime, anywhere. Yep that pretty much sums it up!

5. Every single night, I have to wash my face. No if, ands, or buts. It just has to be done. Even if I am dead tired. I still wash my face. Oh and I have to take my contacts out and brush my teeth and take my vitamin that I have been continuously taking for 8 years straight. So that's my routine I have to do every night, plus or minus a few things.

6. I always have to have a plan. Even if it is not a big plan. I just have to have a plan. I'm always saying So whats the plan? I like to know what is going on, when it will be going on, what time it will be going on etc. Not that things always stick to the plan but it nice thinking there was a plan. So I'm flexible, things can change. Also I really try to be on time and love when others are on time.

7. Your lucky that I did this tag thing. I usually never do such things. Like when I get emails that say pass it on I rarely ever do unless I am really struck by it. I just don't do it. I read them laugh or get sentimental or whatever and then delete.

8. I love being a mom!

So I'm not really tagging anyone because I think most have been tagged so if your reading this and haven't been tagged, consider yourself tagged. :)

Here is a shout out to my Friend Julie!!

For she is the hickest chickest hickity chickity of us all!!
You go girl!!

Hello Again!!

So it has been awhile since I updated the blog, but I knew it would be like that. I'll be lucky if I get to it once a week. (That's my goal). Things are great. The kids are great. Not much has been happening. The kids had a blast at Halloween. Rexton was so funny. He loved dressing up and was actually three things. First a lion(at the party a few days earlier, then he insisted on dressing up in his tool belt and hard hat and then he was a cute little puppy and went around barking for treats. He is funny. And I'm the insane one actually letting him dress up in three separate costumes but oh well he was completely happy. Oh and I have been wondering lately if I look like a paper towel or a tissue. I mean really why do the boogers, slobber, and sticky candy drippings get wiped on me. Can't they tell I actually have on clean jeans and that I am not a tissue or a paper towel. Anyway TaTa for now.

TOOO CUTE!!!!

So I am having way too much fun with this darling little daughter of mine. The bows, the dresses, the outfits and especially the pink!!! Just love it! I'm ready to start buying her dolls, barbies, play kitchens and dress ups for Christmas. Wade thinks I should maybe hold off for a little while you know till she can sit up on her own, maybe start crawling, you know just till she is a little older. I agreed, but am insisting that she get a doll for christmas. So she is way fun and I thought I would share some of these recent photos. She just turned 6 months last week and I can't believe how fast it has gone by. Before I know it, it will be time for dolls, dress ups, etc. YEAH!!

HAPPY HALLOWEEN

We had a fun Halloween party with all the kids. They really had a blast. Porter is the Vampire, Crayton is Zorro, Rexton is a little lion and Elsie is a darling little skeleton. I love my beautiful little children.

This is a somewhat update picture of the family. This was at my grandparents 65 year anniversary. They are both such amazing people. I love them. My grandma is actually not doing so well. So this I'm sure will be a cherished picture.

Rub A Dub Dub, Three Little Men in A Tub, and a Darling Diva!

I'm new to this!!

Well I wasn't going to get into this whole blog thing. But Oh how can I resist!! It is a great way to stay in touch with friends. So I am going to try it out. I dout that it will stay updated but hey at least I can post some pictures of my darling little ones. Plus lately, I have been missing a couple of sections of my brain so I hope I am actually able to figure the whole thing out.I don't, the three crazy tyrant boys might have ran off with the lost pieces. I'm sure they have flushed them down the toilet by now. There really isn't any hope.
